Winters Park is a beautiful park with a playground. There is also Winters Pond that has a covered bridge and a gazebo nearby. There are plenty of ducks around the pond that are happy to be fed. The park is located a 2 minute walk from the NJ Transit train station and can be combined with a trip on the train.

The playground has lots of activities for children of all ages with a separate toddler area. There are also picnic tables around the park including a mini mushroom shaped table for the really little ones.  The wheel that children can hang on and be spun around was my family’s favorite activity. Climbing on the trees in the “woods” was also lots of fun.
