12 Dec Clary Anderson Arena:
When we arrived at the Clary Anderson Arena, I was surprised to note that there was not only an indoor ice rink, but also a beautiful playground with plenty of picnic tables.
When we entered and rented skates, the staff was very helpful. Near the skate rentals, in the lobby, there was a small fast food place with tables.
The rink was nicely sized, and though many people were skating, it didn’t feel too crowded. There were plenty of benches and bleachers just outside the rink. Walkers can be rented for children under 47”. There were skaters of all levels on the rink. We saw beginners as well as real professionals, including a girl practicing her figure skating. There was staff on the ice to make sure everyone stayed safe as well as to help people get up if they’d fallen.
Clary Anderson offers skating lessons and party options.
